Abstract

The main purpose of this study is examining the relationship of sale manager's leadership styles and employee's job satisfaction at Daroupakhsh Company. The population of the study includes sale manager and employees. The sample size of this research was set at 318 persons, selected from 18 branches of Daroupakhsh Company. We selected respondents according to simple random sampling. Data collection was done by two research made questionnaires. All the reliability and validity of measures has examined. In order to analyze the data resulted from collected questionnaires deductive and descriptive statistical methods are used, and to display some statistical data we used column diagram and in deductive level to test the hypothesis of the research we used correlation coefficients. The analysis has performed with SPSS. The result of this study showed that the most effective style was Democratic and consultative and Autocratic- charity leadership style. And Autocratic-colonial leadership style has not relationship with job satisfaction.
