Abstract

Promotion of maritime safety and reducing the human and financial losses and damage to the marine environment in order to maintain the status of the ports in the country, reducing investment risk in maritime and shipping, marine economy and sustainable development, has special importance. It appears that due to the lack of a systematic approach to Safety repetition rate of accidents in this sector does not show significant decrease. This paper presents asystematic approach to Safety and tries to focus on the need for Safety applications in ports,by this, Safety system ultimate goalthat is reduction in risk, danger and events in this section be achieved.
