Abstract

If the literature, recognizes the vulnerability of International Supply Chains and the risks to which they are exposed, it is however astonishing, to note the lack of conceptual frameworks and empirical results which can provide a clear comprehension of the concept of risk and risk management in the supply chains, and in the relations between their actors (Manuj and Mentzer, 2008; Zsidisin 2003, Jüttner et al., 2003).
This paper aims to make the outline of a profit-sharing to the Management of the risks in The International Supply chains, while making it possible to present a state of the art of the literature on the question, while spreading out the prospects offered by such a discipline in the analysis for Global Supply Chains.
