Abstract

The paper empirically examines the HRM Practices in ISO and Non ISO certified manufacturing SMEs. The data was collected through a specially designed questionnaire from owners of 217 small manufacturing firms. Research shows Continuous improvement program is significantly associated with ISO Certified SMEs and presence of qualified HR manager is significantly associated with ISO Certification.
